Shipping: Timings, Procedures, and Policies (Click HERE For Foreign Shipments) We begin work on new orders on the business day after payment is received and verified (credit cards, checks, etc.)  In-Stock orders are shipped, via FedEx 2 Day Box, on or before the 16th business day after payment is received and verified.  Orders not in stock can take as long as 8 weeks to ship.  Most of our orders are actually finished and shipped early.  The exception, of course, is special orders, custom orders (one of a kind) will take substantially longer.  Quality should not be compromised by rushing our artisans.  For your own sake please plan ahead and give us time to do it right. Delivery is usually accomplished in 16 or fewer business days after your in-stock order is placed and payment is received and authenticated.  This is actually very fast for made to order hand crafted jewelry.  Call or write to detmine if the item you want can be in-stock and delivered when you need it. For security reasons we do not ship to PO Boxes.  We ship only to verifiable physical home or business addresses where someone will be available to accept and sign a receipt for the shipment.  Signatures are ALWAYS REQUIRED on all FedEx packages, no exceptions. Our preferred carrier is FedEx (Federal Express).  All StudioBK products are shipped via "FedEx 2Day Box." Our experience is that FedEx is very efficient, reliable, and safe.  We are generally  able to ship on or about 16 business days after we first receive your order.  Under special circumstances we are able to complete orders and ship them even more quickly. The FedEx tracking system enables customers and ourselves to easily track the whereabouts of package during the entire shipping process.   FedEx Tracking is conveniently managed at the FedEx site at http://www.fedex.com/us/tracking/  Customers receive a FedEx tracking number by email within an hour or so of when the package is shipped. Minimum shipping and handling charges on  domestic orders is $40.  Delivery times may be longer during major holidays, and when shipped to remote destinations.  Faster deliveries are available upon request and at additional charges. Foreign Orders Foreign orders are also shipped as described above.  Shipping costs vary with the country and exact address of destination and is calculated manually.  The minimum shipping charge for Canada is $60.00 (USD), beyond the USA and Canada the minimum shipping charge is $75.00 (USD).  We will notify you in advance for your approval if charges will exceed the minimums. Orders shipped to countries other than the US and Canada must be 100% prepaid in US dollars.  Such orders will be shipped after payment has cleared our bank in the USA.   Foreign payments should be paid by Western Union, or International Money Orders, or American Express Travelers checks, denominated only in US dollars, or sent by wire directly to our South Florida bank account.  The information required to wire funds to us will be sent upon request once you have placed an order.  Simply ask for the Bank wire details using the "Special Instructions/Comments" section of our online shopping cart during the checkout process. Important Note: We are obliged to ship in accordance with the rules and regulations of FedEx and must abide by the customs and importation laws of the countries to which we ship.  Foreign customers must accept responsibility for paying any required Tariffs or import duty fees mandated by the governments in their home countries.  Please don't ask us to violate any laws or regulations; we are fully law abiding. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and fulfill any orders that we consider questionable in terms of potential fraud.  We are very security conscious.
