Payment Options And Methods

Lay-A-Way Payment Plan:

     Easy, convenient and friendly.  Choose a two or three month lay-a-way payment plan (maximum 90 days).  Installments may be in equal or variable amounts.  No interest charges, no service charges unless the order is cancelled. No refunds for orders that have been made, cancelled, and not yet shipped.  Orders are completed and shipped about 14 working days or less after final payment has been made.  Initial down payments will not exceed 50% of total order amounts on Lay-A-Way orders.

1. Make your selection on our website and phone in your orders between 9 am and 5:30 pm, Eastern Time.  Our phone number is: 954-572-7253 and it appears at the top right corner of all of our web pages.  Alternately you can send us your daytime phone number in an email and we will phone you to write up your order:  Our email questions and orders line is: Email Order

2. Once you know exactly what you wish to order, and know the current price, including shipping, you can download, print, and complete our Fax Confirmation Order Form and fax it to us at: 954-572-2524 

3. Do not provide your credit card or other personal financial information in an email to us.  Instead you should use the telephone or the Fax Confirmation Form.

** The fastest way to send a check is to write it out in the normal way, sign it, and then FAX it to us at: 954-572-2524.  No extra charge for this service and it will speed the delivery of your order by a few days.

The total cost of your order, plus FedEx shipping, and any appropriate sales tax (Florida residents only), will be the basis for calculating the amount of each layaway payment.

If paying by credit card we will debit your account once each month until all payments have been made.  If paying by check or money order you will send in one monthly payment until all payments have been made.

Your complete order will be shipped in 14 or fewer working days after the final payment has been made.

...In summary: Just order the ring the regular way using the order form and use the Special Instructions section to tell us if you want a 2 or 3 month payout.  We'll email you back with the exact payment dollars for your plan.

It is far easier to setup a Lay-A-Way plan than it might seem.

    Every item that we sell is made to order, built individually and especially according to your order and wishes.  

      Credit cards and customer information are verified (see Security Information) and payment is debited shortly after orders arrive.  Prompt emails are sent to you detailing the charges and a very good estimate of the date that orders will be shipped.   Work  on new orders begins the next business day.  When orders are shipped, about 14 business days later,  another email is sent which provides customers with the FedEx package tracking numbers and the web address where you can use the tracking number.  It is extremely easy to use.  More details about shipping are on our shipping page.

Domestic Payments:

    We accept  Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal from residents of the USA and Canada.  Note that the credit cards must be from US or Canadian based banks.

We accept all major credit cards

    Personal and business checks and money orders from US residents are also welcome.  You can even send your credit card information  by Fax.  And, of course, the ever popular PayPal is just a mouse click away!   After you place your order just go to PayPal and send your payment to Payments@bk-animal-jewelry.com.  Don't have a PayPal account yet?  You only need to set it up once and it just takes about 3 or 4 minutes.  Here is the direct link to sign up: PayPal Sign Up

    Special PayPal Note: Your address must be confirmed by PayPal before we will accept your payment and fill your order.  Having your address confirmed by PayPal will be very useful for you in the future.

    Fax-A-Check:

    Fax-A-Check is a very fast and most efficient way to get a check to us!   Faxing your check saves time and postage on US Mail.  Faxed checks actually clear the bank in just about 6 business days from anywhere in the US!  

    How To Fax-A-Check:

  • Just write your check, in the normal way, payable to B.Kracht, Inc. , in the full amount of the order, including shipping and tax (if a Florida resident).

  • FAX it to us at our FAX number: 1-954-572-2524.  

  • Keep the faxed check for your records.  Your bank statement will show an authorized EFT payment.

  • You'll save  mailing time and postage. We will print it and deposit it and it will clear the bank  5 or 6 days days later.   It will enable us to build and ship your ring about 8 or 9 days faster than otherwise.  The choice is yours.  Note: You don't have to mail the check at all, just fill it out normally and fax it to us.  Keep the original for your records.

    Please note that  check payments must clear the bank before shipments are made.  Cashier's checks, teller checks and money orders are all treated as "cash" with no waiting period.  Faxed checks clear in 6 business days after day of receipt.

    Waiting periods are rarely a problem because it typically takes longer to complete an order than it does for a check to clear.

Faxing or Mailing Credit Card Payment Authorization:

Some orders will require that we have your signature verifying that you have personally authorized us to debit your credit card for the amount of your order.  This is easily accomplished by printing and mailing (or Faxing) us the form on the following page:

Foreign Payments -- No Credit Cards:

ALL orders shipped to countries other than the US and Canada, must be 100% prepaid in US dollars. US shipments cannot be charged to foreign based credit cards. All such orders must be fully prepaid in US dollars and will be shipped after payment has cleared our bank in the USA. Foreign payments should be paid by Western Union, or International Money Orders, or American Express Travelers checks, denominated only in US dollars, or sent by wire directly to our South Florida bank account. The information required to wire funds to us will be sent upon request once you have placed an order. Simply ask us for the Bank wire details when you call us.

Important Note: We ship in accordance with the rules and regulations of FedEx and totally comply with the customs and importation laws of the countries to which we ship. Foreign customers must accept responsibility for paying any required Tariffs or import duty fees mandated by the governments in their home countries.

  • Online Security:

All online financial transactions are processed using our SECURE (128-bit encryption) servers. Technical details regarding the security of your credit card information is provided on our security page.

We record the unique IP address generated by the computer sending every order.  Every computer has a unique IP address which can be traced back to the source.  Attempted fraudulent transactions are treated as attempted robbery, reported to the authorities, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Credit card numbers and other private numerical information is  transmitted via scrambled (encrypted) emails.  The numbers are un-scrambled after arrival.  We don't take chances with the security of your credit card or other other private information.

 If  un-secure or questionable orders are to be accepted and processed they can only  be paid by alternate methods such as personal or business checks, money orders, Bank Wire transfers or Western Union. 

  • Delivery:

All jewelry is made to order and shipped in about 14 working days  after orders are received and payment has been confirmed.   Deliveries take longer during holiday periods.

Delivery is via FedEx ground to anywhere on the US Mainland for a minimum charge of $40.00.  Minimum shipping to Canada is $60 USD ; shipping charges to other countries have a minimum of $75.   Actual foreign shipping charges depend exact shipping addresses.  We do not seek profits on shipping charges.  Much of the shipping costs are to cover appropriate insurance.
